Why Finance a SheShed?

A SheShed is more than just extra space. It’s an investment into your lifestyle, productivity, and home. Whether it’s for work, hobbies, guests, or simply having your own retreat, financing can help make the process more achievable without the large upfront cost.

How It Works

  1. Decide which SheShed cabin best suits your needs.
    ...
  2. Submit this Layby Enquiry form to get started, and one of our customer service team will get in touch to work out the next details with you.
    ...
  3. Pay a 10% deposit to lock in the current pricing.
    ...
  4. Pay the remainder of the purchase off in weekly or monthly payments over the next 4 months.
    ...
  5. When you reach the 50% payment, your specific cabin gets secured in stock for you.
    ...
  6. Once you've paid off the full amount, we'll organise delivery of your cabin kitset to your property!

Layby Policy and Terms

1. Layby Agreement:

  • The layby agreement is a contract between SheShed and the customer to secure the purchase of non-sale items by paying for them over a fixed period.
  • The total price of the goods will be locked in at the time of the layby agreement, meaning any future price rises will not apply to your cabin.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the layby. This deposit secures the price of your selected cabin.
  • Stock will be reserved once you have paid 50% of the total purchase price.
  • The balance of the total price must be paid within 4 months of the agreement date.
  • Payments can be made via automatic payment or direct bank transfer.
  • Items on layby are not eligible for future sales, discounts, or promotional offers. The layby secures the price at the time of the agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel the layby agreement or fail to complete the payments within the agreed 4-month term, the agreement will be considered cancelled, and the 10% deposit will be forfeited as a non-refundable charge.
  • No additional cancellation fees will apply beyond the forfeited deposit.

4. Governing Legislation:

  • The layby agreement is governed by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and any applicable amendments.
