Having down-sized to a small cottage over the past year, we chose the SheShed as the best option for extra space.

We us it as a studio-come-office to house our art stuff, my sewing machine, desk and even a day bed for the odd afternoon nap (the cat is using it more than I do!) and there is still space to spare.

The SheShed is a perfect fit to our recently built colonial villa and compliments the overall ambience of our property perfectly.

The shed, as you can see from my photos, is much better than I expected! It’s strong and looks great from both the inside and outside. I feel that I’m on holiday every day!

Our SheShed is our ‘lounge cabin’.
It’s worked out very well indeed. Our one seats 8 people, as you can see, quite comfortably. We power the lighting with a small solar panel which is sufficient with the use of LED bulbs.

“Before I bought a She Shed, my desk was at the end of a small storage room. We put insulation underfloor, in the walls and under the roof. We also used some leftover coloursteel roof and a finial from Auckland. I am really happy now, it is a beautiful place to work and relax.”
