• Designed for New Zealand Conditions: Engineered design and materials comply with high-spec insulation, givingstrong energy performance across New Zealand's diverse climate conditions.

• Skill Level: As a residentialy compliant build, just like a standard dwelling, a licensed building practitioner will be required to sign off on the build.

• Estimated time to assemble kitset: Dependant on your site and preparation requirements, but like a standard house build, you should allow approximately 8-12 weeks to assemble.

The Lead time is 10 working days from receipt of payment to electronic release of all supporting documents.

Stage TwoPayment 2 (70%)

Delivery by Hiab truck of timber install pack including main building components including timber pack, specialist fastenings and components.

The Lead time is 3 working weeks from receipt of payment for dispatch from our warehouse.

Stage ThreePayment 3 (25%)

Delivery by Hiab truck of Roof and components, and external joinery, - doors and windows. The Lead time is 3 working weeks from receipt of payment for dispatch from our warehouse.
